Extrusion Operator

Location and Compensation Location: 1006 Fairway, Bensenville, IL 60106 Base Pay: $17.00 hourly (starting rate) After 1 year: $18.00 hourly After 2 years: $19.00 hourly After 3 years: $20.00 hourly Shift 3rd Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am, Sunday thru Thursday Position Extrusion Operator (3rd Shift) Responsibilities Oversee the extrusion process to ensure proper size and crust of product. Assist other operators with changeovers, cleanups, and general maintenance of the starch room. Ensure a quality marshmallow is produced and presented to the packaging machines. Requirements High School diploma. Must read and write English and understand basic math. Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds. Experience in food manufacturing, confectionary preferred. Union environment.
