Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide hands-on patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting. This role will support Providers with patient screening, treatment administration, education, documentation, and follow-up care.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and patient-focused, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment while maintaining a high standard of clinical care.

• Provide direct patient care under Provider or RN guidance.
• Screen patients and monitor symptoms and health needs.
• Assist Providers with treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Perform IV therapy and administer prescribed treatments, as applicable.
• Educate patients regarding conditions, care plans, and preventive health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in medical records.
• Support post-hospital and post-ER follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and company policies.
• Initiate emergency procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with Providers and multidisciplinary care teams to support quality patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license .
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-care skills.

Preferred
2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Med-Surg
• Emergency Room (ER)
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Acute Care

• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Previous outpatient or clinic-based nursing experience.
