What You’ll Do On The Team As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be a member of Avvale\'s Intelligent Enterprise team responsible for all greenfield and brownfield S4HANA implementations. You will collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies and participate in gathering requirements, designing, and providing guidance on recommendations. You will be responsible for: Work with business users to gather requirements specific to SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) processes Lead requirements gathering workshops - presenting standard SAP process flows, conduct system demonstrations, and provide insight on how standard SAP processes can support a customer\'s business process Lead demonstrations of S4HANA on-prem and S4HANA Cloud functionality Configure SAP systems, test new functionality, and provide ongoing support based on requirements collected Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business Support cross-functional business processes in Manufacturing, Distribution with a focus on Sales Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Finance and Controlling areas, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices Develop and/or modify End User Training Documentation What You’ll Bring To The Team 8+ years’ SAP Functional experience in SAP Finance and Controlling processes 3+ end-to-end S4HANA SAP FICO implementations, including hands-on design and configuration experience Experience with design, configuration and testing for core FICO components CVI experience preferred Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: 110-160k Discretionary Annual Bonus Potential: up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual key performance indicators.
