tr th {}Lead the full preconstruction process from concept through final pricingPartner with development design and construction teams to align scope budget and scheduleReview drawings specifications and design materials to identify risks gaps and value opportunitiesPrepare and manage detailed cost estimates for multifamily projectsParticipate in design meetings and provide cost and feasibility guidanceEvaluate subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy and completenessLead constructability reviews and offer recommendations that support efficiency and qualityCreate preliminary schedules that support project goalsSupport smooth handoff of projects into the construction phaseWhat you need:
