Assistant Project Manager

We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction team in Charleston, SC. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who wants to gain hands on project experience while supporting the successful delivery of high quality commercial and industrial projects.What You'll Do:Assist with the daily management of construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects on trackHelp manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersTrack procurement activities and ensure materials are delivered on timeMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingAttend project meetings and assist with progress updates and issue resolutionSupport project safety, quality control, and overall project executionHelp ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred2+ years of construction experienceStrong organizational, communication, and problem solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management softwareAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentBenefitsBase ($95,000-$115,000) + Bonus401K MatchFull Medical, Dental & VisionAuto, Cell & Gas Generous PTO
