Staff Accountant

LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Staff Accountant. This position offers hands-on accounting experience, exposure to a growing operation, and clear opportunities for continued development and advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Support financial reporting and analysis
• Assist with inventory accounting, purchase orders, and variance research
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP
• Partner with accounting, operations, procurement, and field teams
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Identify process improvements and strengthen accounting controls
• Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–4 years of accounting experience
• Corporate accounting, public accounting, inventory, or operational accounting experience
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across accounting and operational teams
• CPA, CPA candidacy, or interest in pursuing certification preferred
• SAP experience preferred
