In-Home Sales Representative – Bath Remodeling

Location: Los Angeles (and surrounding areas)

At Anahita Administrator, we’re changing the way homeowners experience bath remodeling. By offering stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath solutions—including options that support accessibility—we meet a wide range of homeowner needs.

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you will use modern technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs and recommend bath remodeling solutions.
• Use company software to design and present personalized bath layouts.
• Provide clear pricing and close sales during consultations.
• Participate in weekly sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in in-home sales is highly preferred.
• Background in the home remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and discipline.
• Goal-oriented professional comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Outgoing and confident personality who enjoys working with people.

Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, plus uncapped commission.

Estimated annual earnings vary based on hours worked and sales performance. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more through uncapped commissions.
