Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Houston, TX & Juno Beach, FL Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with technical leadership responsibilities
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven integrations
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and technical delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design integrations, data migration solutions, and scalable platform architecture.
• Drive code quality, DevOps, security, governance, and AI-assisted development practices.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
