This includes understanding customer equipment and preferences, technician abilities and the geographic and timing constraints to be as efficient and impactful with precious service technician time. Requirements HS Diploma (required) / Associate Degree (preferred) 2 years’ experience in parts and/or field repair/maintenance service required Mechanical aptitude a plus Highly motivated and an independent thinker Must be able to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding setting Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office, field service management software, CRM software Additional Information Our fast‑growing organization offers competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
