Global Fund Custody Client Service Managers are viewed as trusted advisors and we work with our clients to continually assess the rapidly changing business environment to provide expertise and guidance, focused on their custody support needs, so our clients can focus on growing their firm's assets.Job duties:Maximizing client retention and expanding U.S. Bank's product development and services.Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.Conduct monthly client risk assessments measuring client satisfaction levels. Proactively make recommendations to clients to maintain and increase service levels offered by U.S. Bank.Research client's products and existing services to identify sales opportunities.Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to facilitate open communication among internal personnel to effectively develop strategies and solutions to meet clients' requests.Respond to client due diligence questionnaires.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experienceNine to 14 years of experience in a mutual fund related or brokerage industry positionPreferred Skills/Experience:Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of operations, legal or accounting principles which impacts the mutual fund industryAbility to build strong working relationships by promptly responding to client inquiries and understanding clients' priorities while working to ensure ongoing client satisfactionDemonstrated effective work habits and organizational skills of prioritizing and planning, with the ability to handle multiple tasks while adapting to changing client prioritiesWell-developed ability to produce high-quality work that is accurate and thorough with attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills while using sound business judgment to proactively resolve issues or to quickly identify concernsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in working with clients, external auditors and internal personnel throughout the organizationProven ability in practicing effective risk management strategies while understanding USBFS' risk policiesProven team-oriented skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to build formula-driven Microsoft Excel spreadsheetsFlexibility with work hours as required meeting expectations of the clientThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits:Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Basic term and optional term life insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityPregnancy disability and parental leave401(k) and employer-funded retirement planPaid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure)Up to 11 paid holiday opportunitiesAdoption assistanceSick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by lawU.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
