Marketing StrategistInventa Place Silver Spring, MD 20910Kids Are Our Everything.Department: 10586 Access ServicesPay Range: $73,195.20 - $121,971.20 Shift: DayDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans in geographically defined territory to increase referrals from community physicians into Children's National Health System. Collaborate with our service line chiefs and our specialists to facilitate relationships with community referring physicians. Responsible for gathering market intelligence, logging activities in Salesforce and reporting out to manager in a timely organized manner. Experience with Salesforce and reporting is preferred. Analyze referral patterns and demonstrate ability to drive results. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy.
