Material Handler (1st shift)

Full‑Time 1st Shift Material Handler Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Peak days (4–5 days/month) start at 4:30 a.m. Pay: $16.10 per hour and up (based on experience). Performance reviews occur at 6 months, 18 months, then annually. Additional compensation includes company profit sharing (after 6 months of full‑time employment), longevity bonus ($5,000 at 5 years, $10,000 at 10 years, $15,000 at 15 years, etc.), and a safety bonus. Responsibilities Move inventory materials to and from various locations to support shipping and distribution. Keep accurate counts of stock and supplies. Maintain safety by keeping all areas behind the lines and in the pack area clean and free of hazards. Load customers’ orders onto correct pallets and trailers at the dock. Note: This position does not operate a forklift. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly and consistently throughout the shift. Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently throughout the shift. Good written and verbal communication skills across all levels within the organization. Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
