You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, managing complaints, and offering suitable solutions promptly. Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously. Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Qualifications: Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone. Goal-oriented and motivated by performance. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required. Additional Information Competitive salary of $47,000 – $52,000 per year.
