Location: Home2Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Brownsburg, Brownsburg, IN Job Id: 2788 # of Openings: 0 About the Role The Home2Suites Brownsburg team is looking for a Part‑Time Hotel Night Auditor, Overnight Guest Service Agent, Overnight Hotel Front Desk Clerk, or Overnight Hotel Front Office Agent. The role involves delivering exceptional service to guests from check‑in to check‑out, handling reservations and payments, and coordinating with other hotel departments to maintain a smooth operation. Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests. Handle payment transactions, including room charges, deposits, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest needs. Provide information on hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation options. Resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively, escalating when necessary to maintain satisfaction. Maintain accurate and organized records of guest stays, payments, and interactions in the property management system (PMS). Upsell rooms and promote hotel amenities such as dining options or event spaces. Follow safety and security protocols, verify guest identification, and monitor for suspicious activity. Qualifications Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or food service. Strong interpersonal skills focused on delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with computers and software systems, especially reservation or property management systems (PMS). Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Experience handling guest complaints or resolving conflicts calmly and effectively. Background in managing multiple tasks, such as answering phones, handling reservations, and assisting guests simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and irregular hours. Aptitude for assisting guests during the night shift.
