Full Time Atlanta, GA, US3 days ago Requisition ID: 1085The S/L/A/M Collaborative is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to join our team in our Glastonbury, CT office or our Atlanta, GA office. The successful candidate for this position will lead proposal responses, interview preparation, and business development efforts. This position fits a person who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, who values productivity and efficiency balanced with utmost quality, and who takes pride in flawlessly executing multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Development of RFQ & RFP responses and other marketing collateralDevelopment/maintenance of sector focused boiler plate to be used as master in proposalsTrack top prospects and information related to probability for prospectsPreparation of interview materials and support of design team during the processDevelop & assist with graphic content for client meetings and reportsTrack, coordinate, and manage events, trade shows, speaking engagements & marketing effortsSupport, prepare and coordinate events & trade show sponsorship or attendanceMaintain calendar of events, and collection of data used in marketing and reportsPromote firm through outreach, publications, news releases, social media and creative ways to expand brand in our markets.Ensure marketing materials reflect firm-wide message/valuesIdentify leads through professional networking and web-based researchUtilize firm-wide graphic standards to assure consistent image in the marketplace & firmThe ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills:Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry preferredHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign and other photo editing softwareExperience with marketing database, Deltek CRM system a plusCreative thinker who is a quick study (interest in exploring new ideas, trying new things)Energetic & enthusiastic self-starter who is self-motivatedDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workGood written and verbal communication skills (This position requires writing and frequent communication via phone, email and in person)Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task, and to stay ahead of deadlinesAbility to work effectively alone and as part of a teamCollege degree/5+ years prior marketing support experience requiredAbout SLAMWith 250+ employees in nine offices across the country, SLAM is a diverse, team-oriented group of professionals, specializing in architecture, interiors, landscape design, structural engineering, and construction services.
