TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon for a permanent opportunity with a growing surgical practice at a large academic-affiliated medical center in North Carolina. Position details include a permanent job type, plastic and reconstructive surgery specialty, inpatient and outpatient settings, and a start date of ASAP. The full spectrum of reconstructive plastic surgery is offered with dedicated OR block time and shared call with support. The practice environment includes an established team of three surgeons and four advanced practice providers, access to an ambulatory surgery center for outpatient procedures, and a comprehensive surgical program with strong institutional support. The large referral network spans a broad regional service area, and the setting is academic-affiliated with access to resident support. The clinical focus is on general plastic and reconstructive surgery with opportunities to develop a focus in hand surgery or microsurgery. Requirements include board eligibility or certification in plastic surgery, fellowship or interest in hand or microsurgery, and an active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain).
