Our client is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant!

The Office Assistant will provide administrative, clerical, and customer service support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office. This position is scheduled for three days per week, 8 hours per day, with Monday and Friday required. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of office responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing QuickBooks for daily accounting and office functions
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Assisting customers in person and over the phone
• Data entry, filing, and record maintenance
• Managing office correspondence and general clerical duties
• Providing administrative support to the office team
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Previous QuickBooks experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with standard office software and equipment
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
