Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ years of law firm litigation paralegal experience

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Delaware Office. The successful candidate will support attorneys across all aspects of the Litigation Department's caseload, including case management, court filings, discovery, depositions, hearings, motions, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with all aspects of litigation matters and case management.
• Organize and maintain court documents, pleadings, exhibits, and other case materials.
• Draft and electronically file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Prepare correspondence, memoranda, discovery materials, and other legal communications with minimal supervision.
• Manage litigation dockets, matter dates, deadlines, and case calendars.
• Prepare for and coordinate depositions, hearings, motions, and trials.
• Prepare deposition materials and assist with deposition digesting.
• Assist with both paper and electronic discovery processes.
• Identify potentially relevant electronically stored information (Client).
• Draft and issue legal hold notices.
• Coordinate with clients to identify, preserve, and collect relevant Client and paper discovery.
• Assist with processing, reviewing, organizing, and coding electronic discovery.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and other parties throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm.
• Strong experience supporting complex litigation matters.
• Hands-on experience with CM/ECF and Delaware electronic filing is required.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court filings, discovery, and case management.
• Experience supporting depositions, hearings, motions, and/or trial preparation.
• Experience with electronic discovery (e-discovery/Client) and legal holds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple matters and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team.
• College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Relativity.
• Experience with iManage.
• Experience handling complex or high-volume litigation matters.

Familiarity with litigation support and e-discovery platforms and workflows.
