Based near Pomona, CA, you will be instrumental in guiding students in their Study Skills class each Wednesday—a critical campus day—with an additional in-person day and further hours fulfilled remotely. Your collaboration with colleagues for paperwork, service coordination, and program development is vital, helping shape an inclusive and supportive school environment.

What you’ll bring:

• California CTC Certification in Mild/Moderate Special Education (required)
• Experience teaching or supporting 6th through 12th-grade students with varying educational needs
• Strong skills in collaboration, case management, and IEP coordination
• Commitment to student advocacy and ongoing professional communication
• Adaptability to thrive in both onsite and hybrid teaching situations

Key responsibilities:

• Teach Study Skills to a small, engaged group on Wednesdays, building essential learning strategies
• Provide additional instruction on one other in-person day, with remaining responsibilities handled remotely
• Case management and support for a caseload of 10 students, grades 6–12
• Collaborate closely with staff to coordinate services, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records
