About the Role
The Company is in search of dedicated Board Members to play a pivotal role in the establishment of a sustainable non-profit entity and endowment. The successful candidates will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve long-term preservation goals for the company's parks and surrounding communities. This includes advising on the non-profit's structure and governance, contributing to international expansion plans, and supporting intellectual property management and environmental commodities development. Board Members will also be responsible for overseeing the use of funds, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and actively participating in board leadership and fundraising efforts. Applicants for the Board Member position should possess senior-level experience in corporate governance, environmental conservation, fundraising, or non-profit management. Expertise in intellectual property management, financial stewardship, and international non-profit operations is essential. The role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and a strong passion for environmental conservation and sustainability. The ideal candidates will have a track record of supporting initiatives that positively impact communities and biodiversity and will be committed to making a significant impact through strategic leadership and governance.
