This position requires hands‑on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions promptly. The technician will be responsible for maintaining plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to prevent downtime and extend the life of assets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other team members to prioritize maintenance requests and support facility upgrades. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical repairs. Climb ladders and access elevated areas safely to inspect and repair equipment or infrastructure. Diagnose mechanical system malfunctions and execute appropriate repairs to minimize operational disruptions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.
