Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care

Schedule

Day shift, 36 hours a week. Includes shifts from 6am-6pm or 10am-10pm, with every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience required
• Must be licensed in New York
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support for individuals with various diagnoses, including dementia
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
• Assist in daily living activities and maintain a safe environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Be willing to float between different units as needed
