Admin Coordinator (Field Support)

Starting Pay: $18/hr | Field-based + Remote | Mileage Reimbursed | Based in Houston, TX Details We’re looking for an organized, get-it-done Admin Coordinator who likes variety and doesn’t want to sit at a desk all day. You’ll be the person who keeps everything connected — pulling together team reports, tracking projects, grabbing photos and videos out in the field, keeping our CRM tidy, helping schedule hires for our clients, and gathering data for procurement. Some days you’re at the computer organizing; other days you’re driving around to retail locations collecting what we need. If you’re reliable, a quick learner, and good at juggling, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Keep reports & projects on track Capture content for sales & marketing Collect photos and videos from retail spots and team activities. Keep all the media organized so marketing can grab it easily. Keep the CRM clean Update client and lead info, log activity, and stay on top of follow-ups. Help with hiring for our clients Review applications and help line up and schedule interviews. Support procurement Gather pricing, vendor, and inventory info from retail locations. Be in the field Drive to multiple retail and client locations to collect info, media, and data. What You Need A valid driver’s license and your own reliable car (we reimburse mileage). Solid organizational skills and ability to juggle a few things at once. Comfortable with spreadsheets, a CRM, and handling photos/videos. Good communication — clear and friendly. Self‑starter who can work independently. Attention to detail, double‑checking over your shoulder. Nice to have: experience in admin, retail, recruiting, or anything fast‑paced; bonus if marketing content or social media experience.
