Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Intervention

Location: Delaware County, PA Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Program: Early Intervention (Birth to Age 5)

Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The SLP will evaluate, assess, and provide therapeutic interventions that support communication, language development, and overall participation in home, community, and educational environments.

Available Opportunities:

• Full-Time Opportunities (4-5 days per week)
• Part-Time Opportunities (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's unique needs.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in home, community, and educational settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records.
• Participate in IFSP and IEP meetings as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Provide education and support to families and caregivers to encourage skill development across environments.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License required.
• PDE Certification preferred.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in Early Intervention or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
