Work Mode: Remote Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Required Skills: * Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis. * Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications. * Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies. * Proficiency in stakeholder communication and requirement documentation. * Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT. * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Work Authorization: * Candidates must have valid US work authorization. * Green Card (GC) holders and H-4 EAD holders are welcome. * OPT candidates are not eligible. * No visa sponsorship available. Experience Required: 4-8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
