Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients with physical disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or surgery.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Utilize adaptive devices and assistive technologies to aid patient rehabilitation.


• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care.


• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.


• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with facility protocol and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care or hospital setting.


• BLS certification is required.


• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.


• Willingness to float to acute rehab units after receiving necessary orientation.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
