Senior Real Estate Transactions Counsel
Welltower
Welltower is seeking a Counsel to provide legal support for U.S. Seniors Housing transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. The role requires JD, Bar admission, and at least 3 years of real estate/M&A experience with top-tier firms or in-house teams.
The successful candidate will partner with Investment, Development, Tax, and Accounting teams, manage outside counsel, and help navigate post-closing asset management matters. Travel is possible as needed.
