Senior Counsel, Strategic Retail Real Estate & Deals
Edens Realty
EDENS is seeking a senior in-house counsel to serve as the primary regional legal partner for our portfolios in the United States. You will structure, negotiate, draft, and close sophisticated retail real estate matters including grocery anchors and multi-party agreements. You will advise senior leadership on deal economics, risk, and portfolio strategy, while directing a team of attorneys and coordinating outside counsel.
