Position Overview Regional Sales Manager – PNC Wealth Management, Cleveland, OH. Leads a team of financial advisers and support staff, executing strategy, overseeing sales plans, managing client relationships and risk, and driving business results. Key Responsibilities Direct and coach a team to achieve business and customer experience goals. Oversee the execution of strategy, daily activities, and account and sales plans. Attract new customers and grow existing relationships through coaching, mentoring, and developing staff. Manage risk/return, identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Build and maintain senior internal and external relationships to expand client base and enhance experience. Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities. Develop team members, monitor progress against goals, and manage performance-based issues. Adapt strategy to day‑to‑day activities and communicate updates regularly to the team. Coach team members in credit risk analysis and provide guidance on credit requests. Demonstrate customer focus, risk management, and the core values of PNC. Maintain inclusive teamwork and support a diverse workplace. Qualifications Competencies: Conflict Management Decision Making & Critical Thinking Effective Communications Managing Multiple Priorities Sales Management Selling Work Experience: University or college degree required. 8+ years of industry‑relevant experience with at least 5 years in management. Proven leadership with moderate to large scope of responsibility. Comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Masters, PhD, or relevant certifications desirable. Certifications: FINRA Series 7, 24 (or 9,10) and 66 (or 63,65) required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $100,000.00 – $190,000.00 (may vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education).
