CNC Setup Machinist
D&D Enterprises of Greensboro
• Setup and operate CNC machinery (setting datum’s, indicating vises and fixtures, loading and troubleshooting programs)
• Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documentation
• Log data using computer and metrics
• Use of measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc…)
• Run test cycles to verify the effectiveness of the current setup
• Verify the need to optimize machine cycle time
• Inspect and measure finished products to yield sufficient quality and reduce scrap
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
