Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Inventory / Returns Clerks to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for processing returned products, including shipping, receiving, and inspection. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, particularly with medical devices and instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process returned items through shipping and receiving procedures
- Perform visual inspections of medical devices and instruments
- Identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle sterile and non-sterile packaging associated with returns
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- 20/20 vision (corrected or uncorrected) required
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and reliability
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or operations
- Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
