Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians) Bill within the respective setting following facility guidelines Understand and comply with the respective PT board's rules and regulations (state) Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care Understand and use adaptive equipment Evaluate and create a plan of care Modify plan of care based on patient's condition Use medical center computer systems in daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Qualifications Minimum of 6 months experience required; new graduates may be considered Active BLS certification and state‑specific licensing Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for long periods Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Compensation Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. #J-18808-Ljbffr TotalMed
