The team emphasizes clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable results that align with organizational goals.What you'll do...Advanced Analytics: Analyze complex datasets, develop visualizations, and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and improve business performance. Influence & Collaboration: Build credibility through lateral and upward influence, partnering across teams to drive alignment, process optimization, and data-driven decisions. Planning: Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, key metrics, and execution plans that drive organizational change. Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and zero-loss principles to improve processes, reduce costs, and identify scalable growth opportunities. You have strong exploratory data analysis skills and ability to make analytical, data driven recommendations and solutions. Project Management experience with end-to-end ownership of projects.
