LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR | CHESTERFIELD | £24,000-£26,000 | FULL-TIME An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administrator to join a well-established legal team based in Chesterfield . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop their career within the legal sector. The Role: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the legal team Opening and maintaining client files Preparing correspondence and legal documentation Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records Assisting with document preparation, filing and general office administration Liaising with clients, solicitors and other relevant parties Supporting fee earners with the progression of matters Managing emails, telephone calls and general enquiries Ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required timescales About You: Previous legal administration experience is desirable but not essential Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Professional, reliable and proactive approach Genuine interest in developing a career within the legal sector Role Details: Position: Legal Administrator Location: Chesterfield Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator looking to build a career within the legal sector, or an experienced Legal Administrator looking for their next opportunity in Chesterfield. #J-18808-Ljbffr
