This role requires a proactive leader who can work alongside their team while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and a safe working environment. This position serves as the senior facility management representative on-site during second shift, requiring strong independent decision-making and accountability.CompensationSalary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annuallyKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & OperationsSupervise and support all maintenance activities during second shift, including direct oversight of maintenance personnelSupervise housekeeping activities and personnel during second shiftServe as the primary point of contact between the client and JLL during second shift operationsMaintain open communication with the Facilities Manager and first shift JLL employees to ensure seamless operationsMaintenance ManagementExecute and oversee all preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for second shift, ensuring timely completion and accurate entry into the CMMS systemComplete all corrective maintenance and client-requested work orders scheduled for second shiftPerform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs for HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical systemsCoordinate with the Facilities Manager for any vendor support needed during second shiftClient Relations & CommunicationAddress client concerns, complaints, and opportunities promptly during second shiftProvide regular reports and communication to both the client and Facilities ManagerCoordinate and support all client-requested eventsCompliance & DocumentationMaintain all maintenance and housekeeping documents up to date and audit-ready at all timesEnsure all employee training remains current and properly documentedMaintain a safety-oriented environment focused on zero accidents and zero injuriesIdentify safety hazards and implement appropriate mitigation measuresInventory & Resource ManagementMaintain inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and housekeeping suppliesOperate and oversee the use of aerial lifts and mobile lifting equipmentAdditional DutiesPerform other activities as needed by the Facilities Manager related to client service deliveryRequired QualificationsExperienceProven supervisory experience managing both maintenance and housekeeping teamsDemonstrated experience using CMMS programs for maintenance management (Maximo preferred)Experience managing Building Automation Systems (BAS)Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systemsHands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipmentHands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systemsTechnical SkillsProficient in operating aerial liftsProficient in operating mobile lifting equipmentStrong ability to identify safety hazards and knowledge of mitigation strategiesCore CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsProven ability to make sound, independent decisions and exercise judgment as the senior facility management presence during second shift hours when the Facilities Manager is not availableExcellent communication and client relations abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsSafety-focused mindset with commitment to maintaining a zero-incident workplaceSelf-directed with strong accountability and the confidence to handle emergent situations autonomouslyFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
