Responsibilities
- Deliver direct resident care in a long-term care setting, assisting with activities of daily living and monitoring residents’ conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy; observe for adverse reactions
- Document care delivered and updates to the electronic medical record; participate in shift handoffs
- Collaborate with the nursing team and interdisciplinary staff to implement and adjust care plans
- Respond to call lights, assess changes in resident status, and apply appropriate safety and infection control measures

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Availability to work the evenings shift (14:30–23:00) and commit to the 12-week assignment
- Ability to perform duties in a long-term care setting and support residents with daily living activities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Experience in long-term care is beneficial
