Summer Intern - Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role:

As a Supply Chain & Procurement Intern, you will support strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, procurement operations, and project coordination activities that enable successful project execution and business operations.

You will report to the department manager and be located at our Cranberry, Warrendale, Blairsville, or New Stanton, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid or onsite position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support RFQ and sourcing activities
• Help with supplier onboarding and documentation
• Participate in procurement planning and project coordination
• Track procurement schedules and supplier deliverables
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Help with supplier communications and meeting coordination
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Support process improvement projects across supply chain operations

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, logistics, project management or related discipline
• Completed Sophomore year of college

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00 to $26.30 per hour.
