Tour Accountant

A growing Los Angeles-based business management firm is seeking a Tour Accountant to support entertainment clients with active touring operations. This role will handle tour-related accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial activity while working closely with clients, management teams, and other advisors. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting and financial reporting for touring entertainment clients. Prepare and maintain tour budgets, settlements, and tour-related financial reports. Track tour income and expenses, including travel, production, crew, merchandise, and other costs. Perform tour reconciliations and monitor actual expenses against budgets. Calculate commissions and prepare supporting schedules. Manage accounts payable, credit card activity, expense allocations, and bill payments. Prepare cash flow reports and monitor tour and client account balances. Maintain general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries. Assist with payroll and other tour-related payments. Prepare financial schedules and documentation for tax and year-end reporting. Communicate with clients, managers, agents, vendors, and other advisors regarding financial activity. Assist with special projects and support junior accounting team members as needed. Qualifications 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within entertainment business management, tour accounting, or music. Strong understanding of reconciliations, accounts payable, financial reporting, and expense tracking. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
