Ideal Candidate must be fluent in Spanish , have genuine passion for boating and a strong understanding of boats and the industry. They will be efficient and proactive in their responsibilities and aid in achieving company goals by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures. As a Sales Consultant , you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service while serving customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Actively reach out to and connect with as many customers as possible in the community. Listen to, and actively engage with qualified customers in order to find solutions that meet their specific watersports needs. Implement a proactive follow-up system to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay connected with what is going on in the boat/watersport industry including events, contests, boat shows, etc. and passionately disseminate this info with customers and leads to generate interest in our products. Effectively explain manufacturer warranties and dealership service procedures and policies. Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used boat sales and financing. Assist and participate in special events including boat shows, auctions and any other on or off-site promotions. Requirements Bi-lingual Skill is Required (English - Spanish) Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine industry or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide customers through the sales process. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with relevant computer software and tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities. Position is 100% COMMISSION BASED.
