Finish Carpenter

Build something you're proud of, with a team that has your back.

At Aieres Group, finish carpentry isn't an afterthought. It's the detail that makes a space feel complete, and we want craftspeople who care about getting it right. If you've got the skills, the tools, and the drive to grow, we've got the pay, the benefits, and the career path to match.

Why You'll Love Working Here

• Pay that respects your skill: $30-$40 per hour, based on your experience and abilities.
• A schedule that gives you your life back: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm or 6:30 am-3:00 pm. You're done early and your weekends are yours.
• Benefits that take care of you and your family: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Time to recharge: Paid time off and paid holidays.
• A future you can plan for: 401(k) with a company match.

• Room to grow: Hands-on training programs and real opportunities to advance. This is a career, not just a job.
• A culture that works hard and has fun doing it: We take quality seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of our commercial projects, delivering finish carpentry that's accurate, safe, on schedule, and built to the high standards our clients count on. Every trim line, every install, every detail carries our name, and yours.
