We're looking for a polished, personable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about exceptional customer service and excited to be part of a thriving medical aesthetics practice.

This is more than a receptionist role-it's an opportunity to become the face of our practice. As the first point of contact, you'll help create a warm, welcoming, luxury experience while ensuring our front office runs seamlessly. What You'll Do

• Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming every patient with professionalism and genuine hospitality.

• Answer incoming calls and patient inquiries with confidence, empathy, and outstanding customer service.

• Schedule appointments efficiently while optimizing provider schedules.

• Guide patients through a smooth and personalized check-in and check-out experience.

• Process payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.

• Maintain confidential patient records with precision and attention to detail.

• Educate patients on our aesthetic treatments, wellness services, skincare products, and current promotions.

• Maintain a beautiful, clean, and inviting reception area that reflects our luxury brand.

• Monitor and replenish front office and retail inventory.

• Utilize multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office and electronic practice management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience (required)

• Minimum of 2 years of medical terminology experience (required)

• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience (required)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

• Med spa experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm Friday 9:00am-4:00pm

• Full-time

• In-person position located in Rogers, Arkansas
