This position is designed as a starting point, with the goal of transitioning into a licensed sales role within 36 months. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service or sales role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
