Position: Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member
Location: On-site, Rogers, Arkansas

You’ll build meaningful client relationships, translate customer needs to the right internal teams, and proactively recommend insurance products that make a real difference. - Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
- Conduct policy reviews and make clear recommendations to clients
- Oversee resolution of complex customer issues (liaison between clients and agency departments)
- Use your insurance knowledge to recommend, explain, and sell policies to:
- Cold leads
- Warm leads
- Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets (or strong sales drive)
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations
- Bilingual — Spanish
- Commission/bonus opportunities (performance matters)
- Licensing support provided : we cover study materials and testing
- On-site team environment in Rogers, Arkansas
