Position: Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member
Location: On-site, Rogers, Arkansas

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
• Conduct policy reviews and make clear recommendations to clients
• Oversee resolution of complex customer issues (liaison between clients and agency departments)
• Use your insurance knowledge to recommend, explain, and sell policies to:
  • Cold leads
  • Warm leads

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets (or strong sales drive)
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations
• Bilingual — Spanish
