Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mac OS / Jamf Pro Engineer/Mac OS/JAMF Support to support Apple device management , application deployment, and configuration management in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with macOS administration, Jamf Pro, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify approved Jamf Pro Smart Groups, Static Groups, policies, configuration profiles, and scripts.
\n
• Develop and maintain Extension Attributes, PreStage Enrollments, enrollment customizations, Self Service items, patch policies, and reporting views.
\n
• Configure and deploy applications from an approved application baseline using standard Jamf Pro deployment capabilities.
\n
• Work with customer-provided installers, source files, software licenses, and vendor information to support application deployment.
\n
• Maintain macOS device configurations and ensure compliance with approved deployment standards.
\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate progress, and resolve deployment-related issues.
\n
• Provide clear and timely communication throughout the implementation and support process.
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Strong experience with Mac OS / macOS administration and support.
\n
• Experience managing Apple devices in an enterprise environment.
\n
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
\n
• Ability to work onsite in Tampa, FL.
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro.
\n
• Knowledge of macOS application deployment, configuration profiles, policies, and device enrollment.
\n
• Experience with scripting, patch management, and endpoint management reporting.
\n

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
\n
• Must be a local candidate available to work 100% onsite in Tampa, FL.
\n
• Must meet the visa-independent requirement.
\n
• Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
