Job Title: Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN) – Part Time
Location: Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation
Schedule: Saturday and Sundays

• Provide and oversee wound care treatments , including dressing changes and skin assessments

• Monitor and document wound progress, ensuring accurate and timely charting

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on treatment plans

• Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards

• Educate staff, residents, and families on wound care and prevention

• Assist with audits and maintain survey readiness related to skin integrity

• Active RN or LPN license (Missouri)

• Experience in wound care, treatment nursing, or skilled nursing preferred

• Knowledge of pressure injuries, infection prevention, and skin management

• Strong documentation and assessment skills

• Team-oriented with a compassionate, resident-first mindset

• Wound Care Certification (WCC)

• Previous Treatment Nurse or Wound Nurse experience

• Experience in long-term care or rehab settings
