Shift Ratios
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 Sitters
- Night Shift: 2 RNs and 2 Technicians, with 4 Team Members on Call
- Typically, 4 People in a Room

Essential Skills:
- RCIS Scrub
- Experience with LHC, Complete Heart, and PCI
