Solverall is software built only for fire-servicing firms: inspection, certificate and invoice in one workflow, with every extinguisher on its own record. The need is written into law: every commercial building in Norway must have its extinguishing equipment inspected and maintained each year. Most firms still handle this with paper and generic tools; no specialized system exists for them. Solverall is that system: live, in daily use, and launching in Norway now. More markets follow. Role Description As Sales Manager for Norway you build Solverall's Norwegian customer base from the first firm: short sales cycles, practical buyers, a live product that demos in 15 minutes. You own your pipeline, you represent the company in the trade, and you work directly with the founder. Whoever proves Norway takes the Country Manager seat and leads what comes next: this is the biggest market you can own this early in a career. Compensation 100 % performance-based: uncapped recurring commission on every subscription plus a share of onboarding revenue. No fixed salary initially: a recurring salary structure follows results. Qualifications Fluent Norwegian — all customer work runs in Norwegian 2–6 years of B2B sales with personally closed deals Comfortable selling to small firms: short cycles, practical buyers Self-directed, comfortable working with an English-speaking founder team #J-18808-Ljbffr Solverall
