Providence
Description Under the direction of laboratory leadership, the Phlebotomist obtains accurate and reliable blood and body fluid specimens from properly identified adult and/or pediatric patients. Identifies phlebotomy difficulties, defines appropriate solutions and coordinates resources. Maintains outstanding relationships with client and technical staff. Required Qualifications Completion of a phlebotomy program administered by an accredited postsecondary school or college or a phlebotomy training program or equivalent education/experience. Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire. 6 months - Phlebotomy experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
