Phlebotomist W/Testing - PAMLPAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Spokane, WA.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed.Job Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Qualified to perform moderately complexity testing as defined by CLIAPerform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collecting payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededMinimum Qualifications:Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy LicensePreferred Qualifications:2 or more years of phlebotomy experience2 or more years of phlebotomy pediatric experience6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomyBilingual with proficiency in Spanish and EnglishAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.Able to pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionAt PAML a Labcorp company we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
