Your experience matters. About the Front Desk Attendant Role Haywood Regional Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. The Front Desk Attendant joins our team to provide a welcoming, organized, and efficient front‑line experience for visitors, members, and callers. Responsibilities Greets visitors and welcomes them to the facility. Enrolls new members, receives payments, makes reservations, distributes towels and locker keys. Places, answers, and directs phone calls and distributes messages. Gives facility tours and answers questions about exercise equipment and the facility. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
